Looking across the lake at Whiteout Glacier,
I had kept an eye out for the last few years of a good strip to land in this area. I saw some coyotes running around the edge of the lake and one ran across this flat spot and that's when my eye picked up on the 20'x800' area to land on. It has some large rocks but the view was worth it. The winter can change this area from year to year some years its unsafe to land.
