Looking at the takeoff to the northeast
This is the kind of strip that demands your attention through out the entire approach, there is a small hill just short of the runway that sticks up about 30' on your left as you drop in. You can be firm with the landing as its a nice hard runway but you better get rid of those flaps fast and get on the brakes cause those tress are coming fast. Its very narrow, short, up hill into the small canyon that would be very difficult to do go arounds last minute. Some would describe the strip as " very cub looking" but we can show with proper proficiency the 172 will do it safely.
